Spring Yarn Sales

Not only is Spring a wonderful time in the garden, it's a blazin' hot time with the credit card, online.
I have been seduced by the great prices on two new-to-me yarn sites. First WEBS I got a dozen skeins of these Blue Iris merino @$3.99. The true color is more periwinkle purple than the camera was able to pick up, and just exactly the inbetween shade I love. and it just so happens to coordinate with some yummy Malabrigo Rios already in my stash.

Speaking of love, this minty color is becoming one of my deep loves, and coincidentally the same color as the walls of our living room. I think ...sea glass. 10@ $3.19  Just the right weight to knit a summery top. 50% merino,50% acrylic and machine washable. As. If.

I am unable to resist pastels these days, no surprise. So fresh and clean against my farmer's tanned arms. This lighter blue merino dk is also machine washable...lavabile in lavatrice. I like to think I am learning Italian with this purchase. 10@$3.99.  And I found some multicolor with white merino already to coordinate, from my stash. This makes me tingle with happiness.

I made a pullover vest from this pink Berroco Weekend cotton-acrylic during the winter knitting and still had five skeins leftover. So I went to Ravelry and searched in people's stashes (this is a great resource) and found a knitter who was destashing some perfectly wonderful white, so I said YES. I'm thinking a boatneck pullover in wide stripes...like this.!Phildar Aviso Pattern - Sweater

My other new favorite site is Little Knits in Seattle. They are always having a big sale, and if the order is large enough...FREE SHIPPING. So my knitting pals and I often build  up our purchases. I went for Karabella Merino, 40% off @$6 each. Eek. Pink and aqua. So squishy and springy. Then because I was on a roll, I went for the Marisol Akapana,
65% Baby Llama, 25% Merino Wool & 10% Donegal (Very soft & squishy) which will wait til to be knit in the cool of autumn. $27.99 for a bag of ten skeins. More yarn is coming from this site, maybe next week. ( My pal Judy says I made need an Intervention.) They aren't as fast as some sites, so when the yarn arrives it is always a surprise...and of course I never remember what I ordered.
I also like Fabric.com for yarn sales, but I pretty much cleaned them out earlier this year. C'est la vie.

No matter if some one searches for his required thing, therefore he/she desires to be available that
in detail, so that thing is maintained over here.
